News Release: Tomball Rotary Club 2nd Annual Poker Tournament

Please join us on Saturday, June 28th at the Tomball VFW Hall for our second annual Poker Tournament! The Tomball Rotary Club is deeply involved in uplifting the local community through a wide range of service projects and events. Guided by the Rotary motto “Service Above Self,” the club organizes initiatives that support youth, education, local initiatives, and charities.

Some of our recent standout contributions include:

• Enhancing public spaces, like improving seating at Little League fields and upgrading concession stands.

• Hosting major fundraising events, such as the annual Fish Fry, a car show, and our poker tournament, which feature auctions to raise money for community programs.

• Supporting local causes, from scholarships and youth leadership training to participating in district-wide service efforts and global grants to help curtail human trafficking.

The Tomball Rotary Club meet weekly at the Tomball Community Center on Wednesdays at noon, where members plan projects, celebrate milestones, and stay connected with the needs of the area.
