Cancer Eradicators Opens Six Sponsorship Opportunities to Support Community Health Initiatives for Bags and Bingo Event at Tomball Regional Health Foundation. Businesses and community members can support a charitable healthcare gathering through sponsorship levels ranging from $250 to $2,500
 
TOMBALL, Texas — Cancer Eradicators is inviting businesses, organizations and community supporters to select from six sponsorship opportunities benefiting a charitable healthcare initiative. Sponsorships available scan:

  6:00 PM to 9:30 PM
Proceeds and community participation supporting efforts focused on cancer awareness and support for our Team Cancer Eradicators for UT MD Anderson Bootwalk.
Cancer Eradicators Sponsorship Levels 
Support the Cancer Eradicators fundraiser event on September 24th at the Tomball Regional Health Foundation by selecting one sponsorship level—or combining multiple opportunities. Each package offers meaningful visibility, recognition, and ways to engage with the community.
Scan QR code for online donations for sponsorships and tickets:       
  • Presenting Sponsor — $2,500: Presenting Sponsor logo on all event materials and promotions, event recognition, prime signage and logo placement, reserved seating, and four complimentary tickets.
  • Bingo Champion — $1,500: Logo on event signage and promotional materials, event recognition, social media recognition, reserved seating, and two complimentary tickets.
  • Community Table — $900: Assigned table for eight, recognition as a Community Table Sponsor at your table, social media recognition, and a note in the event program.
  • Signature Bag — $500: Sponsor one signature bag displayed during a Bingo round, with your logo or name displayed next to the bag and social media recognition.
  • Game Sponsor — $250: Recognition before your sponsored Bingo round and social media recognition. Only 7 spots remain.
  • In-Kind Bag — In-Kind Donation: Donate a new designer bag or purse to be given away, with recognition for your business as a generous donor.
** Note: All logos, videos and marketing materials with product or bag donations must be available on or before September 14th. Missing deadline could cause some printed items to not be available for marketing. 

 “Every sponsorship helps strengthen our ability to bring people together around a cause that affects families and our Tomball and surrounding communities,” said Estella Lopez, Cancer Eradicator’s Event Director. “We are grateful to the businesses and individuals who choose to make a meaningful contribution through their participation.”
Interested supporters may select one sponsorship level and review the benefits associated with each option. Availability and fulfillment details will be provided during registration.
