CONROE, TEXAS (August 2024) – Conroe, TX – MHW Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful completion of a significant lease agreement with Burger Fresh, a beloved and well-established local brand. The 2,300 sq. ft. space located at 12235 Will Clayton Parkway, Suite #1 in Humble, will serve as Burger Fresh’s new flagship location, furthering its commitment to providing high-quality, old-fashioned hamburgers and more to the community.
