Exceptional Talent in the Making: ADIM Media Interns Shine!

This summer, ADIM Media welcomed two outstanding interns, Brooke and Sophia, in partnership with the Tomball Economic Development Corporation’s (TEDC) Summer Youth Employment Program. Brooke and Sophia were able to gain hands-on work experience in a real-world environment and ADIM Media gained summertime help with little cost to the company. Sophia and Brooke learned about social media marketing, graphic design, and web design and have made a significant impact through their roles. Their outstanding contributions have not only enhanced our projects, but also set a high standard for future interns.

Social Media Marketing
Sophia and Brooke started by diving into the latest social media strategies, learning and using fresh approaches. They have become skilled at crafting engaging content that grabs attention and sparks interactions on different platforms, which has really boosted our clients' brand visibility and audience engagement. They honed their skills in strategic planning, using trend analysis and flexible strategies to keep our clients relevant and connected with their target audiences. Their work has been crucial in enhancing our clients’ social media presence and meeting their business goals.

Graphic Design
Sophia and Brooke gained experience in graphic design by learning strategies that have given their projects a fresh and professional vibe. Their standout designs have made our clients' marketing materials, social media posts, and websites look fantastic and eye-catching, enhancing their overall branding message. They learned the importance of paying attention to every detail, ensuring each design fits perfectly with the client’s brand. Their work not only impressed us, but also helps maintain strong brand consistency and recognition.

Web Design Contributions
With web design, both Sophia and Brooke soaked up the process of making a difference in boosting our clients’ online presence with vibrant websites. They helped revamp our clients' websites with user-friendly updates, making them easier and more enjoyable for visitors to use. They helped create strategies for design improvements, enhancements to improve website functionality, and creating a smoother and more engaging experience for users. Thanks to their efforts, they now have the know-how to design and maintain an online presence for future clients.

What Our Interns Had to Say About Their Experience
Sophia - The experience that I had with ADIM Media was a truly unique one that I will cherish forever. I was able to learn a multitude of things about the field of marketing and was able to get a behind-the-scenes look at all the hard work that it takes to promote different businesses online. The team of people that I had the pleasure of working with were encouraging and kind and were willing to lend a helping hand any time that I needed it.  ADIM helped me learn what a positive and supportive work environment looks like and gave me a more realistic image of what it means to work in the multi-media and marketing industry. I am grateful for everything I was taught about social media, photography, and graphic design; useful skills that I plan on developing further after my internship is over. Overall, I’m thankful that I had the opportunity to participate in this program and meet such amazing people through it.

Brooke - My experience with ADIM Media was wonderfully unique in that it provided me with early immersion in a marketing company before college, allowing me to discern whether this career path aligned with my aspirations post-high school. This experience not only solidified my decision to pursue a marketing degree, but also enlightened me on what constituted a positive work environment, thanks to the exceptional team I had the privilege of working with. Each member generously dedicated time to guiding me through various projects and processes with professionalism and patience. Working alongside them, I gained invaluable insights and skills far beyond what I had anticipated in such a short period. ADIM Media exceeded my expectations, and I am grateful for the opportunity to have learned and grown with such a remarkable team.
