Logistics Service Delivery & Install Team Member
Platinum Copier Solutions is seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to support our client base across the Houston and surrounding area.

This role will support service operations and equipment logistics, including deliveries, installations, and relocations in a field-based environment. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on technical work, interacting directly with customers and contributing to smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Must be a personable self-starter that is comfortable both in an office setting as well as in the field working directly with Customers
  • Deliver daily Customer deliveries, installations, relocations, and pick-up/drop-offs of equipment while maintaining the highest Customer Experience and satisfaction
  • Follow a structured logistics schedule based on Customer orders, priority levels, hours of operation and Customer availability
  • Optimize routes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency while ensuring on-time deliveries
  • Monitor logistics schedule and coordinate with the logistics team and supervisor for assignments and changes, as needed, to maintain smooth daily operations
  • Resolve Customer inquiries and issues professionally and timely
  • Maintain accurate records of transportation activities including pickup and delivery times, driver check-in/check-out and incidents. Process necessary paperwork accordingly
  • Address operational issues such as route disruptions, back-up driver support, and/or equipment issues
  • Continuous collaboration with the internal logistics team to find effective solutions
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse workforce and Customer base to ensure clear and accurate communication
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within dispatching and driver management functions
  • Implement best practices and technology solutions to optimize operations and enhance Customer satisfaction
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and parts inventory
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned based on business needs
Experience and Skills:
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License with a clean driving record
  • Experience in copier/printer service, office equipment repair, or related technical field preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems, basic networking, print drivers, scanning configurations, and connectivity troubleshooting
  • Experience with Sharp copier products and brand
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field environment
  • Ability to lift and move equipment (with appropriate tools/assistance)
