Beefy Marketing is seeking two creative and visionary Social Media Specialists to collaborate on managing and enhancing our internal and clients social media presence. These roles involve both independent management of client accounts and cooperative efforts on brand accounts, with a strong focus on creative content creation and customer engagement across all major platforms. Job Summary:

Are you a creative, highly organized individual with a knack for visual storytelling and innovative content creation? We are looking for Social Media Specialists who are not only adept at managing daily social media activities but can also envision and execute compelling content strategies, even when clients lack ideas. You will play a critical role in crafting engaging narratives, capturing high-quality multimedia, and maintaining active and vibrant online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborative Content Management: Work alongside another specialist to manage, create, and strategize content for brand and client social media accounts.
• Individual Account Responsibility: Independently manage specific client accounts, ensuring personalized attention and tailored content.
• Visionary Content Creation: Develop innovative content ideas to keep client brands fresh and engaging, particularly when client input is minimal.
• Multimedia Production: Capture and produce high-quality videos and photographs for diverse digital platforms.
• Graphic Design and Copywriting: Create visually appealing graphics and write compelling, brand-aligned copy using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proactive Engagement: Actively manage community interaction by responding to comments and messages and fostering a strong brand presence.
• Campaign and Analytics Management: Strategize, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to maximize client visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Strong background in social media management, with skills in photography, videography, and entry-level graphic design.
• Creative Skills: Exceptional copywriting ability and a proven track record of creative content ideation.
