We are growing and looking for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal who can confidently manage cases from intake through litigation and resolution.

Position Overview

This position requires a paralegal who is comfortable handling both pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities, working closely with the attorney to move cases efficiently and strategically from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Manage case from intake through resolution
- Walk with clients through medical care phase
- Gather and organize medical records, bills, and liens
- Communicate with clients, providers, and adjusters
- Draft demand packages
- Track treatment progress
- Manage case through complete litigation phase

Qualifications

- Minimum 2+ years personal injury experience
- Experience with all aspects of litigation
- Very strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with case management software (preferred Needles or NEOS) and e-filing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, and Adobe
