High School STEM & Engineering Program Lead / Educator

We are seeking an innovative, energetic, and dedicated High School STEM Educator to launch, shape, and lead our new High School Engineering Program. In this role, you will build a dynamic, hands-on learning environment centered on the engineering design process, technical problem-solving, and project-based learning. As the program builder, you will be responsible for creating a collaborative, lab-focused space where students apply foundational principles to solve real-world challenges. Key coursework includes Engineering Design, technical prototyping, and foundational programming using Python. The ideal candidate brings a strong passion for STEM instruction, lab management, and inspiring the next generation of problem solvers.
