Director of Family Ministries

Rose Hill church is looking to find the ideal candidate to serve as Director of Family Ministries.  This position would be provide leadership to our children, youth, and their families.  It is a part time position, approximately 20 hours per week.  They would:
     - work with the pastor and leaders to design a program for age appropriate teaching 
     - develop new and creative ways to include the families in the spiritual life of the church
     - recruit leadership for existing programs (Sunday School, Connect 345, Youth group) and seasonal programs (Vacation Bible School, Summer Camp, etc.)
 
A minimum of a high school diploma is required.  Prior experience in youth and children's ministry is desired.  If interested please send a cover letter and resume to cgilbert@rosehillmethodist.org.
