Candidate Form - Meet The Candidates
The Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce will present, Meet the Candidates, a forum providing the public with information from candidates seeking election to City of Tomball positions. The forum will take place Tuesday, April 5, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Beckendorf Conference Center at Lone Star College-Tomball.
Candidates invited to take part are Mayor Gretchen Fagan, incumbent, along with Lori Klein Quinn who has vacated Tomball City Council Position 5 to run for mayor; Randy Parr and Matthew Martinez who are seeking election to Position 5, and will fulfill the remainder of Klein Quinn’s term, which expires in 2023; Incumbent Chad Degges, Position 3, as well as candidates Sheryl Martinez and Dane Dunagin, all of whom are seeking election to Position 3. Each candidate in attendance will have the opportunity to present their views and opinions as they answer questions posed by the audience.
Presented by the Government & Legislative Affairs Committee of the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce, the purpose of the forum is to enlighten voters of the issues, ideas, and opinions of each candidate with fairness, and to encourage eligible City of Tomball residents to become active voters. The public is invited to attend.
Election Day for the city’s three open seats will be on Saturday, May 7, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at City Hall, located at 401 Market Street. Early voting begins on April 25 and extends through May 3.
