''Healthy Heart, Healthy You'' at Emergency Health Centre

Emergency Health Centre at Willowbrook is recognizing Heart Disease Awareness Month this February with a free, month-long series of events, ?Healthy Heart, Healthy You?. We?ll be offering promotional heart scans, lung scans, & screenings & as well as free EKG?s, and great prizes each week! Our staff will be available to answer your questions & provide you with a complimentary Healthy Heart Packet with all the information you need to keep your heart healthy. An event kicks off every Monday in February at Emergency Health Centre at Willowbrook. Monday, February 25th, 4-8 p.m.: Working Out the Stress. Enjoy complimentary massage treatments and learn how simple, at-home reflexology can reduce day-to-day stress levels. Tips to stop smoking will be presented by the American Cancer Society. Discounted lung scans also are available.
