The Regional Arts Council (TRAC) is preparing for their annual Royal Arts Ball fundraising event, "Dancing with our STAARZ",at Shirley Acres, August 25, 2007. This Ball promises to be a magical evening complete with dining, lively entertainment including dancing, dance contest, silent auction and much, much more.
