Robinson Plaza to Triple in Size
CONROE, TEXAS (April 2023) Oak Ridge North is growing and MWH Real Estate is helping to pave the way. Ideally located off of I-45 North next to The Woodlands and Conroe, the township has a current population of about 301,381, and is expected to grow by 11.8% in the next 5 years.

Robinson Road spans the length of the community, and projects are currently underway to expand the road itself as well as its retail and commerce offerings. In order to meet growing demand for new shopping, dining, and commerce opportunities, MHW developed Robinson Plaza.

The plaza currently offers 9,625 square feet of retail and business space located at the prime intersection of Robinson and Hanna Roads. The location is not only highly visible and conveniently located, it’s just minutes from I-45. Phase II of leasing is officially underway, and MHW is excited to welcome new tenants alongside national brand, Domino's Pizza.

“We are excited to be a part of expanding the area and to offer Robinson Plaza as a space for retailers. There is no better location for retailers to be,” says Ryan King, Senior Vice President for MHW. “The plaza is located in a highly visible location in a high traffic area, which sees about 218,000 vehicles per day.”

In its next phase, MHW will also add two more buildings of the same size, bringing the total to 30,000 square feet of retail space.
