Job Description: Recruiter and Job Scheduler.
 
Position Summary:
You're First Care is seeking an outgoing and charismatic recruiter. Our Recruiter is our candidate's first point of contact for this agency. As the company recruiter, you will seek out candidates through our platform, contact, schedule, interview, work with HR for on-boarding, and handle all things orientation. This position also creates, issues, and adjusts the schedules of our CNA's and Caregivers. This is a Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm position. However, if you are attending a weekend or after-hours event relating to recruitment, you will be expected to attend the event in its entirety.

What You’ll Do:
• Represent the You're First brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ability to create, maintain and adjust CNA/Caregiver schedules as needed.
• Ability to create and build relationships.
• Ability to engage with current employees and potential candidates, peers in the industry, and possible referral sources, while maintaining a caring, friendly, and informed demeanor. 
• Conduct and attend all recruiting events, as determined useful or as assigned by the CFO, and CEO.
• Ability to track all events and potential candidates.
• Be the eyes and ears or You're First from the employee follow-up, reporting observations, as well as competitor activity.
 
Requirements:
• Passion for recruiting.
• Seeking a career opportunity.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable personal vehicle, and ability to pass a drug test.
• Previous experience in recruitment. Knowledge of, or previous experience with in-home care is a plus.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in an often-pivoting environment.
• Punctuality with exceptional time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required; along with an ability to learn other software programs quickly.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for recruiting and events.
• Ability to travel independently to events. This includes the ability to set up events and materials for the event. 
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds.
• Strong visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Is self-motivated and is a self-starter but takes direction well while being a team player.
• Perform other duties as directed by the CEO, CFO, and all upper management.

This position is an on-site position, conveniently located in Tomball, TX
 
Compensation Summary
Base salary: $37,000.00 - $38,000 annual (before taxes)
