He was elected in June 2011 as the new Chair of the Republican Party of Texas at the Republican Party State Convention held in Dallas.  Now that the State Legislative session has concluded\, Mr. Munisteri's looks toward the 2012 election.  It is his hope that the Victory committee will be in place and fully operational at least a full year before the election and possibly sooner that that. A Victory plan is already in the works to present to the statewide elected officials for approval sometime this summer.  Please join with the Yellow Rose Republican Women's Club to give our Texas Republican Party state chair a hearty welcome!
