DESCRIPTION:TNRG's Phase I of Tomball Industrial Park is Welcomed to Tomball's Family\n\nTomball Industrial Park is being officially welcomed to the Tomball family at a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony hosted by TNRG and the Tomball Chamber of Commerce on Thursday\, October 29\, 2015.\n\nA member of the Chamber as well as a member of the TNRG family will introduce TNRG's first industrial development in the area   Tomball Industrial Park. This development welcomes commercial/industrial buyers or tenants to the area by providing four different size buildings that comprise a total of around 56\,000 square feet. These buildings are built with a 20-Ton crane capacity as well a 3 phase/480V power. The location and the type of buildings in the Park give different types of tenants or buyers the opportunity to customize the buildings to fit their needs. The grade-level doors provide an amenity necessary for distribution or service companies while the crane capacity can be used by any oil and gas company. The amenities and degree of customization of the buildings\, take away the amount of work it would take to build a new facility for a new tenant or buyers in the area.\n\nJoin us to celebrate.
