Ms. Quiggins states\, "The estimated 40% of Tomball small businesses that have developed disaster recovery plans have greatly increased their likelihood of reopening after a disaster and improved the overall economic resiliency of the area."\n\n \n\nNikko Quiggins\, founder of Disaster Dynamics\, LLC (DYN)\, a woman owned small business\, provides emergency preparedness and response consulting services to the private sector\, state and local governments\, and non-profits. Ms. Quiggins has over 10 years of experience providing emergency management solutions to surface transportation companies\, law enforcement\, fire service\, ports\, and international airlines.
